Do you have any amazing Facebook groups you would like to recommend? Yacht Club Elite!

Who are you/what role do you play in your business? CEO/Founder

Tell me a little bit about yourself and why you started your business?

By age 28, Nicole Walters was a highly-paid executive at a Fortune 500 company, managing multi-billion dollar accounts. But something wasn’t right. “My job was feeding my family, but not my soul,” she says.

So in YRTK, Nicole quit her corporate job to focus and open her own private business and product development consulting firm, The Monetized Life. As her audience ramped up, so did her revenue—she made $11,000 in the first three weeks of working with small business clients full time.

Now, when she’s not hanging out with her husband and their three foster kids, she shares her secrets to earning “passive income” with other entrepreneurs through her wildly popular online course, 1K1Day. “I teach people how to add commas to their bank accounts,” says Nicole. “They learn that they don’t have to trade time for money.”

What’s the best career advice you have ever received? Bonus points if you can name who gave it to you. “Quit. You’ll be fine.” -Chalene Johnson

What is your proudest career accomplishment and why? Over 5,000 lives impacted directly by my coursework and consulting.

What has been the hardest career moment and how did you overcome it? Dropping close to 5 figures and flying across the country to film a premier course- and choking. Miserably.

We are at the local coffee shop down the street and I’m about to leave. Tell me 3 things you want me to walk away with from our meeting.

1. Do the dang work. 2. Don’t automate relationships 3. Disrupt don’t duplicate

Favorite quote: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” – 1 Peter [4:10]

What’s the most memorable gift you’ve received? A leather-bound journal from a member of my community at a particular crossroads in my business reminding me of the impact.

What do you do for fun outside of work? Hang with my kids

Do you have a podcast I could/should be a guest on? Hahaha! Coming soon!
