Questions I ask prior to meeting:
Business/Brand/Blog name: Raising World Children
Who are you/what role do you play in your business?: Founder/Chief Editor
Tell me a little bit about yourself: I am an Indian by birth, raised in Kuwait and now building my own family in Virginia, USA. I have blogged since 2008 but it’s last year that I got into it seriously and now am a contributor to Huffington Post, Thrive Global etc. My experiences as a child and parent-led me to create RWC. At RWC we will provide parents with tools to empower their children to become positive, gracious Global thought leaders.
What are the 2 biggest challenges you have with entrepreneurship: Getting finances/sponsorship to help with marketing.
Managing time building this venture while staying at home with children.
We are at the local coffee shop down the street and I’m about to leave. Tell me 3 things you want me to walk away with from our meeting.: Be positive in all your undertakings. It’s a hard world and when you step into it, be strong and authentic in conviction.
In writing and parenting, be clear in thought. And do share what you have learned with others.
Please tell others about RWC. It is a community effort and we are constantly on the lookout for voices to share their story to enlighten others.
Favorite drink: Fanta
Name a place you would like to be at right now for this interview (we won’t actually be there, but it’s always nice to pretend right?): At a coffee shop overlooking the sea. (I love water bodies) haha !
Favorite quote: No one can make a brand new beginning but you can start from now and make a brand new ending.
